Common questions
Nimbit is not suggesting anything
Make sure you are signed in from the extension popup and that Nimbit is switched on for the site you are on. Suggestions appear after a short pause in typing; press Tab to accept one. If the field is a password, card or code editor Nimbit stays quiet on purpose.
Turning Nimbit off on a site
Open the extension popup on that site and switch it off there. Nimbit stays off on that site until you turn it back on.
Billing, plan changes and cancelling
Everything lives on your account page. Cancelling takes one click; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period and nothing renews after that.
Deleting your account and data
From your account page you can delete your account. That cancels any subscription and removes everything we hold about you.
What happens to what I type
The text around your cursor is sent to generate a suggestion and then discarded. Nimbit keeps only a short style profile and a few distilled facts; the raw text you wrote is never stored. The privacy policy has the details.
